My Story
My work in art and design sprang from the influence of my family. My Grandmother, Mother and Aunts were and are such a deeply talented group of artists which includes a glass blower, an architect, an Interior designer, a painter and a sculptor. There was always some wonderful project in the works with them.
Textile Design
My first love was pattern and textile design. I studied Fine Arts at UGA, majoring in Textile Design and pursued a Masters of Fine Arts at Georgia State University, again majoring in Textile Design. I love combining textile design, painting and photography to create one of a kind pieces.
Portfolio
My portfolio showcases a sampling of my textile designs across many applications...fabric, wallpaper, rugs and elaborate custom carpet designs, paintings, photography, and my new passion...wedding dress mixed media pieces.
